Jason S. Buckingham is a California licensed attorney and real estate broker who helps people with real estate and estate planning issues.
Mr. Buckingham has worked in some aspect of real estate transactions since 1993. Foreclosure issues are of special interest to Mr. Buckingham, because he began his career in real estate as a foreclosure trustee agent - the person who actually auctions off properties in foreclosure.
Mr. Buckingham is a frequent speaker for homeowners, business owners, investors and professionals on many issues related to real estate, including Truth in Lending issues, risk management, commercial leasing, and investments. Jason is also the Real Estate Legal Issues forum moderator for the Exeter Discussion Board, a website devoted to real estate investment issues.
Mr. Buckingham graduated from John F. Kennedy University School of Law, Cum Laude, December 2004, and was admitted to practice law in the State of California in May 2005. Jason is also a licensed real estate broker.
Mr. Buckingham is a member of the California State Bar, American Bar Association, and Contra Costa County Bar Association.
